Western States Ticket Service reserves the right to provide upgrades on all Formula One ticket orders at no extra charge to the customer. Formula One Ticket deliveries are guaranteed no later than noon on the day of the event unless stated otherwise, however every effort will be made to deliver Formula One tickets as early as possible. All Formula One tickets will be delivered by federal express overnight unless stated otherwise.

Western States Ticket Service will not be responsible for any weather delays, event postponements, event cancellations, change of venue, date, time, lost or stolen Formula One tickets.
